Development of New Process Simulation Models
We construct process simulation models using Aspen Plus® or Aspen HYSYS®, based on the process information provided by the client or described in literature.

Refinement and Reconstruction of Process Simulation Models
Using example simulation models provided with aspenONE or simulation model files supplied by the client, we update the models to reflect current conditions by adding unit operations, revising physical property methods, or modifying operating conditions.

CAPEX and OPEX Estimation and Techno-Economic Evaluation
Based on the developed process model, we use Aspen Process Economic Analyzer to estimate capital expenditure (CAPEX). We also calculate annual operating costs (OPEX) based on raw material and utility consumption data derived from the simulation, providing foundational data for techno-economic analysis.
